We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Below is our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Order Changes - Once an order has been processed, we cannot accept cancellations or exchanges unless the wrong item has been delivered. In such cases, postage costs including for replacement items will be covered by Birdie Candle Co.
Return Policy - Our return policy is valid for 21 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items and packaging must be unused, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs. Returns for ‘change of mind’ are not accepted.
Refunds - After inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued as account credit or returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary, and we’ll keep you updated.
Damaged Items - If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via birdiecandleco2350@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damage. We will work with you to achieve a suitable outcome as soon as possible.
Sale Items - Please note that sale item discount rates vary and these are at Birdie Candle Co’s complete discretion. Sale items are not eligible for return unless damaged is incurred during delivery.
Privacy - Birdie Candle Co respects your privacy. Information collected on this website is treated in the strictest of confidence and will not be sold or disclosed. The information you provide is held securely and used solely for Birdie Candle Co business purposes. If you have any questions, please reach out.
Shipping - Shipping is via Australia Post. Postage is charged per the weight of each item. There are 4 weight categories: up to 750g $12.00; up to 1.5kg $15.00; up to 2.5kg $20.00; >2.5kg $25.00. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) unless stock levels prohibit. You will be contacted upon receipt of your order should there be any expected delay. You will receive an email with your tracking details once we have posted your order. Drop Off (home/work delivery) is free of charge within Armidale, Uralla and surrounding villages up to 20kms radius. Wholesale order delivery is under a separate arrangement. Birdie Candle Co does not currently ship outside Australia.
Payment - All prices are listed in AUD (Australian dollars). Payment is accepted via PayPal and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express).
